The ground rules for using the design request tool.

This is a request, not an order

Sending a design request does not create a contract and does not commit you to buying anything. No payment is taken here. We reply with a proof and a firm price, and an order only exists once you accept that quote and pay through the shop.

Estimates

The price shown while you design is an estimate for printing only, based on quantity. It does not include the garment, shipping, or anything unusual about the job. The quote we email you is the number that counts.

Your artwork

You keep ownership of anything you upload. By sending it you confirm you have the right to use it, and you give us permission to reproduce it for the purpose of quoting and printing your order.

We will not print artwork that infringes someone else’s trademark or copyright, or that is unlawful or hateful. We may decline any request, and will tell you why.

Proofs

Nothing is printed until you approve a proof. Once you have approved it, that approved artwork is what gets printed, so please check spelling and placement carefully.

Returns

Orders are fulfilled through the shop and are covered by its returns policy.
