Privacy

What happens to the information you send through the design request tool.

What we collect

When you send a design request we collect the name, email address and (if you provide it) phone number you type in, along with the details of the order itself: the garment, colour, quantity, size spread, any date you need it by, your written notes, and the artwork or reference pictures you upload or create in the design tool.

We also store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. These are used to prevent automated abuse of the form. We do not store your IP address itself.

What we do with it

We use it to prepare your proof and quote, and to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored in our database, and the design images in our file storage, both operated by Supabase. Notification emails are delivered by Resend. Your work in progress is also saved locally in your own browser so you do not lose it if you close the tab; clearing your browser data removes that copy.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies at all — no advertising, no analytics, and no sign-in. Staff access moved to a separate, private application that shares nothing with this one.

Getting your data removed

Email orders@justveeshop.com with your reference code and we will delete your request.

The shop itself

Purchases happen on justveeshop.com, which has its own privacy policy covering payment and delivery.
